This song is dedicated to the “Eternal City“, but is often used as anthem for the football club “A.S. ROMA” from its supporters, even though their official anthem is “ROMA ROMA ROMA“.
Being a supporter of “S.S. LAZIO“, I “shouldn’t” cite this song
S.S. LAZIO is the rival football team in the city, and in Rome badmouthing the rival team and praising your team is a must (a really important “rule”)
